This will be the last post on the BLA Site!
We are moving all of our BLOG posts to the unified Kingdom Intelligence Briefing Site. Please go to the KIB site and subscribe to continue receiving notices of new podcasts, teaching videos, and Biblical Life News.
We’re Back from Vacation and Moving Forward in the Kingdom
After two and a half weeks of vacation, we’re back in the office. The KIB podcasts will begin again next week. We are also filming this weekend for Biblical Life TV.
Changes Coming to Biblical Life TV
I have shared in the last podcast that LifeStreams Media is picking up Biblical Life TV for their network. LifeStreams will be on the Internet, Roku, and Satellite TV. So beginning this week, we will be dividing each teaching into two 28 minutes 30-second episodes to accommodate the standard for programs aired on TV.
I also need to update you regarding the Biblical Life Assembly RSS feed which we have registered with iTunes. Recent changes to the way the Internet is connected has broken the link to the BLA feed. We have been working on fixing this problem, but have not come up with a solution. So, the BLA feed on iTunes is dead. Beginning next week, we will be adding the audio versions of Biblical Life TV to the Kingdom Intelligence Briefing feed for iTunes and a host of other podcasting services. If you are a user of iTunes or a podcasting program on your smart device, make sure that you are subscribed to the Kingdom Intelligence Briefing to receive both the KIB and BLTV audio podcasts.
The bulk of my summer will be spent working to complete my new book, The Kingdom Priesthood. I have already begun outlining the next book, Unlocking the Nesheq of God. I have been laboring for nearly a year to reschedule my workflow to allow me to develop one new book each year. We will keep you posted on when each new book is available.
Here is a quick look at the conferences and seminars that I currently have scheduled for the rest of 2018. Full information on these conferences will be posted on the KIB Site:
Lifting the Veil – Hear the Watchmen | Long Island, NY
August 9 – 11
RFI Annual Yeshiva and Conference | Cleveland, TN
September 26 – 28
2nd Annual Blessed Hope Prophecy Forum | Oklahoma City, OK
October 12 – 14
Antioch School of Urban Ministry | Bronx, NY
Please continue to keep Mary and me in your prayer as we labor in our Father’s vineyard.
Biblical Life TV was recently contacted by LifeStreams Media TV and was invited to bring our teachings to their network. LifeStreams airs on the Internet, Roku, and satellite TV. To make this transition, we will need to do several things:
- We will need to begin filming in full 1080p HD. (We may need to upgrade our camera.)
- We will need to use the industry standard of 28 minutes 30 seconds per episode. Therefore, we will be dividing each teaching session into two episodes. (Yes, I will have to set up a timer and fit each teaching into a session that can be divided into two parts.)
- We will need to have developed a professionally produced intro to the program.
All of this is exciting and challenging. There will be so much that we need to learn and change to take Biblical Life TV to the next level. Mary and I know that this is a wonderful blessing from God, and was made possible by your prayers and support.
Please keep us in prayer as we balance out these changes while making the time to work on my next book. My goal is to have both the book and this change completed by this Fall.
A Bond Servant of Messiah,
Dr. Michael K. Lake
Notice from Biblical Life College and Seminary
With the release of my first book, The Shinar Directive, our ministry has experienced dynamic growth over the past four years. This growth includes:
- The Kingdom Intelligence Briefing Podcast
- Biblical Life TV
- Continued demand for writing more books
- Conference speaking engagements
- Record number of new enrollments with BLCS
We have seen our books, podcasts, and videos reach more people around the world than we could have ever imagined. It has all been by the grace of God and for His glory alone.
For the first time in the nearly 40-year history of the Seminary, we have reached our maximum number of active students. In fact, we are looking at reducing the number of active students through graduation to allow us more time to accommodate our growth in these other areas. Therefore, the Board of Directors has decided not to accept any new applications for the rest of 2018. At the beginning of 2019, we will review the number of active students we have and balance our enrollments with the other Kingdom projects that the LORD has assigned to us.
In the meantime, we encourage everyone to take advanced of our podcasts, teaching videos on YouTube, the Biblical Life Assembly Archive, and the studies available through Biblical Life Resources.
Sincerely yours for excellence in Christian education,
Michael K. Lake, Th.D.

Biblical Life TV Begins Filming Again This Weekend
Biblical Life TV
It has been two full months of intense work and prayer to get our new building ready for our ministry to begin operations again. This weekend, we plan on filming another session for Biblical Life TV. We also still have one session we completed before the new building project, but have not had the time for post-production. We hope to have both sessions edited and uploaded next week.
Since our ministry was officially closed for the past two months, we have hundreds of emails and phone voice messages to go through. Please give us a couple of weeks to get everything caught up and back to normal.
Thank you for all your prayers and support.
Dr. Michael K. Lake
Construction Continues at Biblical Life
As I am writing this post, the sounds of hammers, saws, and more are loudly blaring in the background. The flooring is being placed down, doors are being installed, and trim is being cut and nailed into place. Our office will be way too loud and hectic to attempt to record a podcast this week.
If all goes as planned, the construction/remodeling side of this project will be completed this week. Then we can move forward it setting up the areas for the two TV studios: from furniture and decor to sound systems and cameras.
Our two-month-long journey of 10 to 12 hour days six days a week has about come to a close. We are hoping to have everything back to normal by January 1 and then will begin the long process of catching up on two months of emails and phone calls. To be honest, after two months of drywalling, repairing, and painting, it will be nice to put down the hammer to pick up a keyboard and phone for a while.
Thank you for all of your prayers and support in this historic expansion of our ministry!
Dr. Michael K. Lake
