Lessons from Pentecost – Part 2

Kingdom Intelligence Briefing

On today’s podcast, Dr. Lake and Mary complete the second part of their discussion on Pentecost.  Dr. Lake discusses the baptism of the Holy Spirit in Acts, Chapter 2.  They contrast the holy fire of God with strange fire that is manifesting in some churches today, and Mary talks about the need for true shepherds that feed the sheep with the truth of God’s Word and lead them to living water.  Dr. Lake teaches about how the fire of God was historically connected to the priesthood and how they are responsible to keep the fire burning.  He explains the multifold power of the Kingdom of God, as he outlines the six-fold definition of dunamis, the Greek word for power.  Dr. Lake concludes the podcast with an encouraging prophetic word for pastors that have lost members of their congregations, as they have steadfastly remained faithful to the truth of God’s Word.
